ABC SMS Banking Service is considered a highly advanced eBanking service, designed to serve our clients and manage their banking transactions, around the clock, and without the need to visit the Bank.  This service provides the information relevant to the accounts, such as the transaction type and time in a safely manner through Short Message Service. 

To subscribe, please fill out and submit the application form online, or contact and visit your branch to manually fill out the application form or download it.

This service grants clients the privilege of constant connectivity with the Bank through sent and received SMS, allowing them to monitor and manage their accounts in a safe, easy and timely manner.

1)      The SMS Banking Service is divided into:

• Push SMS Service:  Messages sent from the Banks to its clients

• Pull SMS Service:  Messages sent from the clients to the Bank

2)      The Push SMS Banking Service contains:

• Overdrawn Account

• Returned Cheque

• Loan Disbursement

• Salary Deposit

• Remittance Deposit

• Loan Installment

• Card Installment

3)      The Pull SMS Banking Service contains:

• Balance Inquiry

• Last 5 Transactions

• Change Password

• Mini Statement

• Cheque Book Request

• Currency Rates Exchange

• Internal Money Transfer

• External Money Transfer

4)     Corporate entities and joint accounts may authorize more than one user through subscription to this service by submitting a separate application form, signed by the account holder or the authorized signature.
